Shield Arms' low profile S15 mag carrier is made from .08" kydex and can be worn IWB or OWB, with rounds facing forward or rear. The mounting points are slotted, so it can be positioned with either forward or rearward cant. Retention is adjusted by a single screw and features a tapered nose for improved comfort.
Adjustable Retention
For proper fit and adjustable retention, make sure the rounds face toward the folded side and away from the screw side as shown in the photos. The mag will fit in the other orientation, but retention won't be as tight. If you want to switch from IWB to OWB, or from left hand to right hand carry, move the belt clip to whatever side will keep the carrier and mag aligned with rounds facing the fold as in the photos here.
